We regularly practice escrima at the historic Rizal Park of Manila.We welcome and invite everyone of all ages to watch and observe our escrima training every Sundays of the month.

Fundamental Escrima

Escrima translates literally as fencing but the Filipino martial fencing method often referred to as escrima is composed of not just sword fencing but includes fighting methodologies including the use of but not limited to.. single-handed swords(espada) of diverse configurations, knives(daga), sticks(baston de estoque), long two-handed stick/sword(dos manos), short staff(vara), long staff, and Punta y Daga.
